It's just as pretty as the picture. And its a two in one. Spices up the decor while acting as an incense burner. And its a great idea because the ash is captured by the boat deck, so it doesn't look messy. It's also a good size.

This incense holder is awesome. The detail is very refined. The box calls it a Chinese dragon incense board. It is not a Chinese dragon. I guess they have never heard of a Drakar, nevertheless they were able to make a miniature facsimile of a Viking long boat with incredible detail. A Drakar was made with shiplap oak, with a dragon's head and tail as for a figurehead. This replica shows the board siding, head and tail with great detail.The only negative I can list, was the hole in the aft that actually holds the incense stick. I had to drill mine out a tiny bit. I have a lot of sticks, and none were that small.If you order one and find the same problem, be sure to have a steady hand, the correct angle, and do not go too far or you will ruin your burner.

I’m into anything Viking and this is a unique piece whether you burn incense or not. The incense stick holds well and the shape catches the ashes perfectly!

I like this product. It is a great conversation piece. Several people have complimented it on its unique appearance. The only thing I wish was different. I wish that it was just a little longer. Not a deal breaker at all. I just break off some of the excess tick to shorten the overall length of the Incense. That way I don't have to worry about any of the ash falling out of the tray. It is a great deal for the money. I recommend this product.

I mainly wanted something where the ash wasn’t going to fall out and this is just the perfect size for that and it looks and feels sturdy and with quality.

I love this thing.I always had a mess around my incense holder because of the falling ashes. No more.This board holds all the ashes.True, it is a little short, but unlike the other fellow here, I just break off a bit on the end that goes into the hole (not the end you light) and it fits perfectly.|It's not hand made or carved. Maybe the original one was, but it looks like it's moulded to me. But that's fine, it looks good and does a good job.

Super cute incense holder. Catches the ash well but the hole that holds the stick is too small. You will need to trim the bottom of the stick at an angle to make it small enough to fit in the holder.

I have seen this incense holder around for quite some time; and had just to give in and get one. It works perfect, as we love incense and needed a suitable holder. This is not only unique, but fits the job perfectly. The incense sticks are held safely and sturdily.

Wish we could review in half stars. I would have knocked off a half star as the stick hole is a little small. I had to work to wedge the incense stick in there. But it fit, just snugly. Craftsmanship is excellent. The boat is heavier than I expected. Great looking. Got possibly the worst cardboard cut in the history of the world opening it, but other than that, great purchase!
