Ordered these for a recent Disney World trip and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Wish they came with a small pouch, but other than that, it kept me dry and was breathable!

I bought this because I like staying dry when it rains. This is very helpful. It comes in a 2 pack, and I've only used one so far. They are reuseable and are very convenient.

Was going to outside auction and rain was predicted. Needed something cheap but durable. They were perfect for my needs.

We used these in Orlando for one day. They keep you somewhat dry, but with wind your arms and legs are guaranteed to get pretty wet.

It's currently raining a lot right now, and I still need to walk my dog 3 times a day, so I've had a lot of practice using this poncho. In general, it's better than not having any type of rain protection, but the following are the simultaneous benefits and drawbacks...• Lightweight and easy to wear, but too loose. This is a very quick slip-on, and the weight will most likely be negligible for many, but it is also quite baggy. Because of its overall shape, the entire poncho easily becomes a mini dragging parachute that hinders your walk, especially if it is windy. Perhaps a waist-tie or some other tapering design would have been helpful.• Speaking of a tie, the poncho also comes equipped with a hoodie that can be tightened with drawstrings. At first, this is a good feature, but the drawstrings are quite ineffective, and the stiffness of the hoodie easily retracts the drawstrings back naturally, so you will constantly be re-tightening (unless you tie it or do something else that is inconvenient).• The side buttons are a nice touch, but it's also bit difficult to find out how to reach into your pocket (again, this is more due to the generic tarp-like design.• Despite the product listing stating that the material is "extra thick," in reality, it's actually quite thin, and it sort of resembles a quickly disposable quality. Admittedly though, this poncho has stood up to all my outings, so perhaps its durability claim is not so exaggerated. So overall, it's definitely better than nothing, but it's also nothing particularly remarkable.

For the price these are really almost disposable ponchos. The quality though does not say that is the case.I found these ponchos to actually be decently made. The seam welding seems decent and the size is about what every other poncho seems to be. I am 6 foot tall and it comes to just a hair below my knees. A big plus is the drawstring that runs the entire perimeter of the face opening. I thought it would just tighten up the neck area, but in fact it allows you to close the poncho face opening down to keep water from getting inside the face area. It’s actually a nice touch. The ponchos also look pretty good so you can use them without looking like you had to resort to grabbing a trash bag in an emergency. These ponchos do not come with any type of reusable storage bag, but if you are careful the original packaging can be reused. The drawstring though does offer you another option. Simply lay the poncho out with the drawstring facing the ground. Double fold the left side and the right side toward the middle so it is about the width of the hood. Then roll the folded poncho up from the bottom and tuck into the hood. Then you can use the drawstring to tighten up the hood and enclose the poncho inside. While this is a decently made poncho I would not say it is super tough. If you abuse it then it will fail, but for keeping with you on trips, around your work or recreation area or stored in your boats or vehicles for unexpected use they are absolutely perfect.
