It does not say this but once the software is installed you are given 30 credits to copy cards after that it is $10 per 100 credits. I have had other readers that never charged for this.

The software is very complicated. I tried for over an hour, but the copy failed. There is a glitch in the image that is not present when received. I do not recommend purchasing.
