It's parchment paper. It's great and works perfectly and I have used the same sheet a few times so I save money and paper. Cookies slide right off. I wish I knew about this year's ago

I tried some generic parchment paper and wasvery disappointed in it, so i am back to name brand. As far as I know it is the ONLY name brand, so the choices are limited. I choose quality over quantity this time.

I cut needed squares for pre-making hamburgers, breakfast sausages.I now buy round ham from Aldi's. Cut open the package and cut the parchment paper for each one. Then I freeze them. It's the only way to grab 2 when needed, instead of defrosting them all each time
