As a professional supplier in this field, we put great effort to intergrate the best function in a tiny design. The fobs are produced in stable quality and it will not be damaged in normal use, means if buyer brought fobs, it should not be returned. But we got a few returns with no sensce resaon. As you know, Amazon service team is short of man power & technology to adjuge the reutrned goods status, so 100% returns are destoryed as rubbish. We don't like it happened! Before ording, Pls. read information carefully:

1. The fobs are accessories of FissaiD 125K writer(ASIN:B07XJZ1J7B/B07QDJJ27ZP /B07QFMJTMV), they are not writable by OTHER 3rd part writer due to we put high secure technoligy to prevent it

2. If you are not using the fobs as 1326 or 1346 keyfob, don't buy it

3. If you don't have FissaiD 125K writer(ASIN:B07XJZ1J7B / B07QDJJ27ZP or B07QFMJTMV), dont' buy it

We also understand that it is possilble a few people seek to use the product free(after using or finished project they returned product before Amazon return close window). Under this situation, As a seller we can do nothing due to it is rule from Amazon, we have to accept this to happen. But as a product designer, I despise and blame the guy who make it to happen, the unrespected behavior break the fair-mindedand of business and it gets nothing except created more garbage into the world just becaue a selfish guy seeks profit in it! We absolutely disagree that this should happen.

I was trying to write to 36-bit fobs. Initially, the hardware was able to recognize the fob but the software (must be downloaded from website) indicated that it wasn't supported. Within the software, it provided an email address to contact for support. I sent info on the fob I was working with and received updated software the next day. With the new software, it works fine. It's great that a company is providing this level of service.
