This is a nice controller that when I originally ordered it was described in the listing as an Xbox controller but after receiving it I realized it's an Xbox 'style' controller for PC and the seller actually acknowledged my questions and fixed the description so it was more clear it was an Xbox style controller but not for Xbox consoles itself. That was awesome. My son has a PC so I was still able to check it out and it performs very well for an after market and all the button and analog sticks are very responsive. So, some confusion on my part in the beginning but they straightened it up immediately and that's really appreciated as it lets you know the description mistake was actually a mistake.

Based off a few hours of use, I think I can call this controller a broadly superior alternative to the 8bitdo Ultimate. Still, there are caveats:Firstly, this controller uses those Hall Effect sticks with the square bounding boxes. You can REALLY feel this by default in a game with very reactive movement - it tends to manifest as a stutter in the character's turning speed. This can be remedied by removing the deadzones: hold T on the back of the controller and press in the stick whose function you'd like to change.I recommend removing deadzones on the left stick and leaving the right as-is unless you like your aiming extra sensitive. The face buttons feel more satisfying to press than their 8bitdo counterparts, but also cheaper somehow. Basically a tossup. The D-Pad is far and away superior to the 8BitDo Ultimate's with regard to feel and input accuracy - however, there is a weird crunchyness to the action. It doesn't interfere in any way, but does make me wonder if it'll hold up over the years.Triggers have some play, but they're shallow. Some like this, some don't. It's growing on me.I dislike the position of the start and select buttons. They don't feel natural to press.Macro buttons on the back are in a very natural place. They feel great to use.2.4g dongle works well but makes a rattling sound so who knows how long that'll last.Overall: You can really feel that Anbernic cut every last corner of lesser importance to meet cost on this thing, but if you're willing to read the manual you'll get a remarkably superior controller for the money. There's room to improve, but I'm excited to see what's next from this company.

This controller refuses to stay connected, will randomly disconnect during the middle of a game is very slow to respond and is the most frustrating controller I've ever owned. Sending this back in getting something with higher reviews. I might just go to wired because I had such a bad experience with this one.

Controller works great and looks great only issue is dongle won’t connect to my pc or other game systems. Got the controller to connect to phone and pc just fine no issues but just can’t get dongle to read anything!

Wow! I am very impressed with this new controller from Anbernic. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design. Fits very nicely in the hands and the construction materials feel of high-quality. The buttons and control sticks are also high-quality and easy to use. Lots of connectivity options allow you to use this controller with pretty much any devices you may have. The LED lighting customization and vibration options are kind of cool as well. Overall a very nice controller!
