You get what you pay for: I expected this low-priced product to look like it does in the photo: a bag with an internal structure of some sort that allows you to organize your stuff but it's just a pair of flat vinyl sleeves with straps. I suppose it would be ok if all you want is to roll up a towel or blanket in waterproof plastic. I returned it immediately.

I've used these for over a year and through many miles in all types of conditions. I usually store my sleepingbag, puffy coat and poncho in the roll bag but have tried other items with equal success .The pouch bag carries so many important items that I want quick access to and is a great bag for holding what is usually in my pockets. This is where is keep my first aid kit, backup batteries and chargers, hygiene items and more. On overnight and long trips, I pull the straps loose and fit my tent in its stuff sack, between the bags, utilizing the clips to release and pack back up when setting and striking camp. The roll bag has been 100% waterproof as long as I was not over packing it and rolling it over at least twice on each side. With everything I'd been through, it's amazing the bag didn't get poked through at all and it's very durable. With the usefulness of the front pouch, it would be useful if it were a but bigger or was longer in the way that it could be rolled over one more time. Thats mostly me though because if there was more space, I'd probably try to pack more in. This does hold a good amount of weight and I've never had it slide loose or open up while riding. It does seem like it likes to be rolled closed in one direction but will roll in the other, but I'd prefer it was made to roll forward because I often open it while seated. A moot point when I could just remove the little plastic d clip that is in the way. The only other things I'd hope for is a little more length and width on the ends of the roll bag. But again, if there was more space I might just pack more in and be wishing for more space still. I should say all my brake and gear lines fit around and under these bags without any troubles. I can't imagine a better way to carry gear on my handlebars. There have been times I needed to toss more things up front and theses bags provide a great foundation for anything else like tarps or jackets which I strap onto the handlebars. Recently I got car doored and I broke my brake lever and a couple of clips on these bags so I decided to buy this item again over any other options out on the market. The price is better and it definitely does me a great service for hard rides.

In planning for my upcoming bikepacking trips I've been researching and testing and this was the 3rd handlebar bag that I bought and tried. Pros are that it's cheap, light, big and waterproof and I like the 2nd "purse" as it's really handy for when you go to lunch or dinner. Cons are that it's designed with INFINITY number of straps so I suspect that after a month on the road and fiddling with the straps and closure folds that I'll be ready to feed it to the dogs. I had really wanted a handlebar bag with a top zipper but decided to not overspend on the heavy and expensive German made one. I suspect that a few months from now I may regret it.

I purchased two set of these bags for my husband and I to go on the back of our recumbent trike seats. They fit perfectly. I love that they don't have zippers to mess up and the roll up side design makes it very easy to make the bag as small or large as you need. I thought we would use the large one most, but the small one holds everything we need. I just use the large one when we take a picnic. It is neat how they secure so easily with the straps. I will say that because they are black vinyl, they get warm when in the sun, so you might want to invest in a small insulated bag if you want anything to stay cold inside. So far they seem very durable and even have a slot to hook a bike light for safety. Very pleased with purchase.
