Got these as a party favor and they were a hit. Good quality. Nice and sturdy and the colors were fantastic.

The amount of metallic star wands purchased is misleading. The item posting says "(1 Dz) (1, 14.5)". Is it a dozen wands? Is it one? Multiple reviews say they received a dozen. I received one. Something is fishy with the glowing reviews saying they received a dozen.

Arrived as promised and are sturdy products. I only needed one but bought a dozen because it was less expensive that some other options (now I have many for the future!) Some appear to have somewhat bent staffs - not sure if that was due to lack of support packaging or if they were that way when shipped. They ARE plastic, so if I ever need to use the bent ones, I hope some heat and gentle bending will get them straightened out.

I've been buying a package of one wand & one Tierra at local stores for $1.00. They are similar wands as these & are silver. I spray paint the local stores silver wands Gold & use them in vases as decorations & Gifts. Looks nice & whimsical. I give the Tierras away. I also gift the wands to adult friends who seem to like the idea. Every gal needs a magic wand or two or three! A bottle of wine & a magic wand make a nice adult gift. These wands are perfect -- I didn't think I'd like the colors (blue, green, & pink) but the colors are actually very pretty. They are easy to spray paint -- gold, white, whatever color or keep the color as is -- the turquoise blue is especially pretty. Another nice touch is that each wand is individually packaged. I'm very happy with this purchase. 5 stars plus!

Very happy with purchase of wands. We used as favors for a princess party. The guests decorated the wands during the party and took them home for dress up play later. Seem to be pretty sturdy as well, none broke during the festivities. I also like the length of these wands. There about twice the size of what I found in locks party stores.

I bought these as a birthday gift for my daughter to go in her dress up trunk. She also used one for her Halloween costume. They bend easy, but there are so many of them I doubt she'll notice. They are very pretty sparkly and girly, but also very plastic. If you are looking for something high quality and long lasting these won't be it. They would make great party favors for princess or fairy themed parties, and are great for princess or fairy costume accompaniments.

Great wands, though they are kind of dangerous for small children. The little stars are sharp enough to do some real damage when you slip rum into the birthday party punch. Being of substantial construction, they can pack a real wallop. There are only a few basic colors, so don't expect to distribute these as favors at the Rainbow Coalition Halloween Party. Fun to explain to TSA employees if you take them through screening. Recommended.

I bought these wands for a party-favor for a 4 year old princess party. Rather than giving a bag of a lot of little things, this was a nice(r) prize. We also had foam swords for the boys but some girls picked swords too. The wands were a big hit! I was pleasantly surprised about how big, sturdy and sparkly they were. The 3 bright colors were nice, too, although we had a lot of green left over. Pink, blue and purple might have been a better choice.
