I'm using this container as a way to store my rice. It is on the thin side so I recommend doing your best not to drop it as I doubt it will stand up to that. It easily fits about a pound of rice but I do wish it had measurements on the side of the container (as a lot of containers do) so that I could be sure about exactly how much it will hold. I like that it has a measuring cup as a lid as this makes it very convenient.

This is a nice container to keep and pour oats, cereal, coffee beans, etc. in. Good quality plastic and measuring cup.
