What can I say....it's a NASCAR pennant. Doesn't seem as big as 12x30 because of the pennant shape, but it is good sized. Only printed on one side (white on the other), if that's important to you. My grandson loves all things NASCAR, so i don't think those will bother him. The coloring is bright and the design is crisp and well printed. One issue is that it was rolled for shipping, but it had been flattened at least once, so the felt appears to be permanently lightly creased in several places. Not a big issue for us. It does have lines printed on the edge, I'm assuming for creating a pocket to put it on a rod.
