Install the master cylinder to your bike’s handlebar and tighten the set screw. Please be careful not to tighten the screws too much to avoid breaking the tie rod if your motorbike falls to the ground.

Connect the brake hose to the master cylinder, paying close attention to the position of the two gaskets on either side of the fitting.

Add brake fluid and vent.

I did a full send wheelie works suspension upgrade on my ATV 70 which is equipped with a disk front break setup. For whatever reason, the plunger stopped working on the FSWW lever. Purchased this, fit on the pro taper bars no problem, reverse bled the system and it works smooth as butter with no issues. Great replacement for my needs.

In description is says it’s a 10mm banjo bolt and it’s a 12 mm so it won’t work with my stock brake line

Thus fit my 87 suzuki lt230 great. The only downsides are the lever that comes with it is small, like it's made for a kids hand, and the other is the brake line bolts to the side and not the front like my original one but it works. Once I changed out the lever for my original one it worked great, before I only got a little leverage out of it due to the small lever. Overall I'm happy with it, does what it's supposed to. Just hope it lasts but only time will tell.

This isn't an exact replacement for my GSC Buddy 125 but it does work nicely with a small wiring alteration. The start interlock switch is a two-wire blade type connection so I had to cut the old switch wires close to the old switch and squeeze terminals on so it plugged into the new handle's switch. This was a far less expensive alternative to the original part by a factor of 5. My old master cylinder was corroded and it was beyond repair. This worked out really nicely. I give it two thumbs up.

This replaced a ttr125 front master cylinder. Fit great and bled just as an OEM would. Glass is front facing, but who checks while riding, right? The pull turned out to be very short, I can lock up the brakes in as little as 1/4" of pull. Lever is NOT adjustable, so I'm stuck with it. Oh well, I'll just teach the kids it's all about pressure, not movement.

Great product for money. If I had any concerns it would be that the reservoir is a little shallow and I would prefer a taller narrower one if I was to buy onother one. But it works great very happy can you imagine 25 years or so ago maybe having to go to a Suzuki dealer and get reamed, I don't want to think about how much more it would cost. God bless Chinese stuff it just keeps saving me so much money.
