The pair I received looked hastily and poorly assembled. They were misshapen and rock hard. I also ordered the Ringside Panther Boxing MMA Punch Mitt, 10" and those looked and felt better. Both felt snug on my hands with no wraps on, and I am female with a 7 1/2" palm circumference.

The Ringside traditional punch mitt is a classic that still holds true. Now w/ padding beneath the wrist to absorb some the force upon impact. Which makes better for the coach (or whoever holds the mitts properly).
