Mine ripped after 2-3 weeks ringside has really gone down in quality I’m not a big guy either I compete at 64kg(140.8) and walk around at most 67kg. Judging from the other reviews and what I have read about ringside moving their manufacturing to Pakistan I think it’s a hit or miss mine ripped after 3 weeks but my friend has the 16oz version and he’s used those for 2 years I personally believe ringside just has really bad quality control now

Amazing pair. Perfect for heavy bag training. Of course its always to consider tappiing your hands and putting the glovrs on top. Great quality.

Great construction and thick padding on the knuckles. A little hard to get on if training alone because of the elastic cuff over the hook and loop closure. Keeps hand in a pretty good form. Useful for heavy bag work, mitts and amateur competition. Not recommended for sparring as they are only 12oz (or 10oz).

These gloves have been very good so far. I would say, these do not have that much wrist support, so when you wrap your hands, you might need to be more generous around the wrist. If you are looking for a pair of bag gloves or training gloves, these are a good pair to get. I prefer these to 16oz gloves because those gloves just feel like pillows on your hands.

Great protection, padding and thumb positioning (one of the few gloves that don't result in thumb injury for me).Having said that, they are very hard to get on an off, since the elastic around the wrist does not open and close with velcro or the like, you have to roll it down to put the gloves on or off, and roll it back up when in-use, so it does need someone to help you roll down the second hand.
