These are great for my 10 year old. We originally bought a different 10 oz glove, which was for an adult so we had to send them back and buy these. We love them! Quality item and 2 day shipping with Prime!

I purchased two pairs of these gloves for my neighbor's sons (age 7 and 9). Although these are relatively inexpensive, eight-ounce boxing gloves made of vinyl, I was impressed by the quality workmanship. A handy feature on these gloves is the velcro wrist closure, making for easy wearing and removal, and eliminating the nuisance of laces. My neighbor's two sons tell me they like the way the gloves fit and feel, and apparently these gloves are durable, as they are holding up well under almost daily sparring and heavy punching bag workouts.

These just arrived (in blue) for my daughter. It doesn't say in the description, but the gloves are 8 oz -- and the blue is darker (more of a royal blue) than it appears on the image. They're good gloves, but the 8oz is a pretty tight for my daughter, who is turning 9. We may need to go up to 10 or higher.

Very good quality. These gloves will last. Glad I didn't go for the less expensive poorly reviewed gloves that came up in the search.
