Read the reviews and purchased a size up. The finger openings are way too small, and the rest of the glove is too big. I usually wear a small, I bought medium. The way it’s put together is very disproportioned. Horrible quality!

Pros= very well made/ comfortable/easy on & off/ the gel is over all knuckles & if you have arthritis these help with keeping them covered to box/speed bag or punching bag & cover thumb also fits so good under your boxing gloves..great investment better than any wraps I’ve used for safety & ease on your hands I’m a women I highly recommend these for man or women Easy to wash also..NO Cons …love these would definitely buy again also they arrived in 3 days so earlier than the week I expected!!!

I got these to go under boxing gloves to save time from having to wrap my hands. I measured my hands and ordered what should have fit for my hands. Unfortunately, the finger holes were so small I couldn't get all my fingers to fit through them. The fingers that did fit started to lose circulation in less than 5 minutes. Meanwhile, the part around the palm was too loose.On the plus side, the padding around the knuckles was nice, it wrapped around my thumb instead of leaving it exposed, and the wrist support was better than others I've tried in this price range. If the finger holes were bigger, and the palm fit was tighter, I'd have given it a higher rating.

I am a petite woman with small hands, so I ordered the small size. The pair I received are constructed well, but the wrist wraps are almost *too* small for me, and many of the finger holes are too tight and cut off my circulation after a while. I am using these gloves inside of my boxing gloves instead of traditional wraps for a boxing workout once or twice a week. I do like the cushioning on the front of the punching surface of my fist as well as on my knuckles. Other similar gloves often have too much padding in the wrong place, like on the back of my hand. These gloves are designed well, but I would recommend going up a size because I am not sure if they will loosen up enough over time to ever be comfortable.

Not the most durable but waaaay better than normal wraps. Protects way more and can be used to hit the bag for technical purposes. Would recommend to every futur Anthony Joshua on a budget !

I'm an adult female with average size hands. The gloves were a little snug at first, but loosened up after a couple sessions on the heavy bag. The gel cushion provides great shock absorbtion & my wrists are well supported with the Velcro wraps.I'm a novice at this and had graduated to these gloves after using boxing gloves for several months. Initially, there was a learning curve as I had to alter the angle of my strikes to prevent grazing my knuckles, but it didn't take long.I have laundered them when soiled, but allowed them to air dry, & they're holding up very well. Excellent product!

A very good alternative to traditional hand wraps, these wraps go on easy and provide a lot of protection for the knuckles and wrist.Easy to put on and off without help and fit in most boxing and muay Thai gloves. Can even be worn as bag gloves for light M.M.A drills or when hitting a speed bag, double end ball, or focus mitts (I recommend only doing this with an experienced pad holder who knows how much pressure to apply) and clinch drills. They also dry fast and are true to size.The only negative the wrist support is not as strong and comes apart, during heavy drills, but I would prefer a wrist strap that goes all the way around for a tighter or looser fit.

I love these. I've been taking a self defense class and was wrapping my hands which took forever and didn't always come out that great. I have not tried them under my boxing gloves, but they work great alone. They were a little tight, but after a couple times of use, they fit perfectly. The price is right too!

Absolutely LOVE these. They actually cover more of your fingers (just below the middle knuckle), so you don't get the knuckle blisters that can happen when hitting targets or the bag.I bought the medium and they fit a little snugly so they are a little difficult to get off when you're finished working out, but the large would have been too big. I'm thinking that they may offer a little more give as they are worn more, as that's what my previous gloves did (although those were a different brand).The main-knuckle/hand protection is padded well, plus they don't have the air pockets like others do so the padding/gel won't start to come out with repeated use.
