Bought this to help reduce swelling and oven burns. Helps a lot. I keep it in the freezer until I need to use it.

It’ll probably work as a no swell but this is a rubberized valve handle welded onto metal.The ringside logo is literally a sticker. The handle itself is bendable and has on/off markings and ‘ball valve’ embossed on the underside.It seems to be sold by Ringside so maybe it’s genuine per se but it seems more likely that this was outsourced to some random 3rd party manufacturer in India and this what they turned in.Spend the extra $5 and get a no-swell by Meister.It’ll do the job I suppose but I don’t like that this is advertised as being a Ringside product.

Work Great. Not much can go wrong or be wrong with a chuck of iron. LOL only thing I can think is since it is going to be used on the face there are not any burrs of any kind it is smooth of surface.

This stuff is better than gold bond powder. It really works. After brain surgery, I ended up with a pretty bad shiner, and swollen eye. I got this ringside no swell, and threw it in the freezer to help me out. Within a few minutes of applying the eye iron, I could feel immediate relief. A few treatment sessions later, I no longer have the eye swollen shut, but still have the remnants of a black eye. I would definitely keep this handy in the freezer for first aid applications.

this thing works great. i like to use it for just about any injury rather than a bag of ice. keep rubbing it in a constant motion and it will work wonders. stays cold for a long time, and it gets cold fast as well.
