These are just what they say they are. Stretchy. With a hook. :) I used them to create a 'fence' on the steel shelves in my canning pantry. They work perfectly for that.

just purchased have not had a chance to use them, it is what I expected with time I will tell if they last in the sun, do I recommend well for what I paid they will last me a few years.
