This works well to bring your bars back and slightly raised. This will give a little more upright ride. At my age it’s tiresome and becomes painful on long rides to maintain typical road bike posture, and more upright is more comfortable and reduces neck and shoulder pain for me. Arthritis can take a hike instead of riding along! I’ve found Ritchey components to be well made with fairly precise machining. Be sure and use a torque wrench to proper specs.

I got this Stem for my Specialized Allez Sport road bike because I got the bike from my son and its a 56cm which is a little too big for a person that is 5'6" tall I should have a 52cm-54cm which is fine the Stem he had on it was a 105mm so this 60mm with a 30 degree bend was exactly what I needed to bring the handlebars up and closer to me . I am only a casual rider meaning that I ride most days after work 6-8 miles and weekends 12-15 miles a day . This Stem was perfect size for my steerer tube height so I didn't need to add or take out any spacers . I would recommend this Ritchey product to any one that needs a shorter stem .

The stem on my Topstone was a little too long and low down for my reach, and I needed something both shorter and higher. After looking at many different options, I went with the Ritchey 4-axis 30 degree. It was very easy to swap and and I am very happy with the quality of it. Have ridden with it on my bike a few times and it's been great.

So far so good, the stem was delivered and is actual to the description. Time will tell on how long it lasts but since there's no price difference for this product from bike shop vs. Amazon it should fair well.

Exactly what you'd expect. Feels solid, holds my drop bars perfectly, and brings them a little closer than the 110mm, 7 degree stem my bike came with.
