Thumb was little tight until broken in. Overall the gloves are comfortable, good wrist support. Have been using them for 2 months now training 5 days a week.

I started with 16oz hayabusa and they were too bulky. Even compared to other 16oz gloves they looked big. I purchased the rival gloves and they’re just what I wanted. I went down to 14oz but it doesn’t compromise hand protection and I get amazing feedback hitting the bag. The hand compartment is smaller compared to my hayabusa, making the gloves feel more like a shell rather than an object over my hands. They should be perfect once they’re completely broken in, and the color and design looks better in person.
