I am pretty new to fly fishing, so I can't really comment on the longevity of these flies compared to others, but so far they have worked well for me. I ordered a redfish kit first, and was surprised how small all the flied were. These are bigger and more what I was expecting.I fish coastal NC, and in the cape fear river for Stripers. No stripers yet, but did catch a Spanish Mackeral, a bluefish, and a big unexpected flounder.The flounder obliterated the small white fly. It was worth it for a nice fish though.
