Shirt looks good, but fit is poor. All my shirts are XL, but this one is actually too small. If you order one maybe order an XXL if you need an XL.

This is the first shirt of this type I have ever tried. I just got back from a summer road trip through the National Parks of the West and wanted some long sleeve protection from sun (and bugs) that wasn't going to be too hot. I selected this shirt based on style and price, and it worked very well on the trip. I mostly planned to use it for hiking and camping activities.First, the size. The sizes for these shirts don't line up with traditional sizes. I usually wear a medium shirt from most brands (I'm 5'10", 165lbs). If I fill my lungs, I have a 40" chest. Based on the chart in the images, the small size would fit me best. Amazon suggested a large. I went with the chart and ordered a small which ended up being the right choice. The shirt fit very well- the lengths were right and it wasn't too tight.Quality and style looked good. Most of the heat I was exposed to was lower humidity, and the shirt handled it very well. I wasn't much hotter than I would've been with a short sleeve shirt. Sweat evaporated quickly from the shirt. It also dried quickly when it did get wet. Protection from both bugs and sun was good. I didn't use most of the pockets, but I did find the sunglasses loop handy. I even used the glasses cleaning cloth on the inside of the front. Nice touch!The only negative thing I have to say about the shirt is the material got somewhat smelly after a day of hiking in it. Some anti-microbial fibers woven into the material would be a nice upgrade to help prevent that.Overall, I recommend this shirt and give it 5 stars.

I ordered it yesterday & it came today. The sizing is spot on. I find it a very comfortable and snappy looking shirt. The pocket zipper works great. The buttons are thicker than I expected, quite nice, really. The snaps on the breast pockets work well and are a nice touch. I wanted & like the squared off shirt tail. The length is perfect. Worn in or out it looks great. I rarely select 5 stars but this shirt earns the stars. The price is/was excellent in comparison to many of the others so a total win. I bought three of these & I am sure they will see plenty of action on & off the streams.

Perfect for a hot day indoor fishing the coast. Fits well and did a good job not letting me have too hot or burnt. 🎣
