These work but not much more than that, it's not high quality like CK Worldwide but you pay more for top quality.. Will work on a budget. I would recommend in a pinch.. Fitment is a little tight for the cup Insulators..

To get the insulator on the torch (CK17), I had to heat up the white insulator with a heat gun first just to get it a little warm and pliable and then it easily snapped on.

The insulator that comes with this doesn't fit ck 17 torches. I am using a ck 17 insulator from Furick and it works perfectly. I just broke my Furick pyrex a couple of days ago and wanted a cheap stubby kit to replace it. I'm kind of tired of the pyrex cups. I tend to bump them when working and get my tungsten off center. You can't beat $10 for this kit.

I like the jumbo lense however these stubby gas lenses and assorted cups do have their place. great for tight spots where the jumbo gas lenses will not fit in.The carry case keeps the accessories organized and handy.

I was very happy with this purchase, it gave me the chance to try out the gas lens, Pyrex cup, and stubby cups, with added tungsten for very cheap. This is a great starter kit or for anyone doing a small job.

The Pyrex cup fitting is quite precarious other than that everything is good and value for money

I will start by saying that i ordered this hoping that everything would at least fit my torch. Everything fits nicely including the pyrex cup. I wish it came in a divider box instead of a bag wrapped in bubblewrap. The tungsten that came with my order was all there and seems to work fine but the blue on the end of the tungsten was faded on them all but really it is not even a big deal

Works just like any other stuff. Hit the steel with a grinder and did a few welds trying to make it mess up like the previous reviews and couldnt get it to. Welds just like my Lincoln Tig welder at work with high dollar stuff. Setup is an Everlast powertig 200dx from 2012. Wp17f torch for $11 off Amazon. And this kit with #8 cup. Even did some cup walking with it for fun. Literally sanded with 60grit and made passes, so there's some garbage in the weld. Not the fault of the setup mearly lack of prep.

I really think it deserver 3 stars, but I'm giving 4 because I'm not sure if it's my ignorance, or if the wrong pieces came with the kit. I'm using a #17 flex head torch that came with my AHP Alpha Tig. straight out of the bubble wrap, collet length is just too long. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong one, of if they sent the wrong collet.hooked up my new lens gas at 20CFH, cold rolled 3/32" bright shiney metal wiped down with acetone. sparkle show, metal stuck to my new gas lens, new lens can't pick it off now it's flow pattern is compromised. I haven't used the pyrex cup yet. I'm kinda afraid to. here's why:Again I don't know if its my ignorance or if something isn't right. I got the gas lens to provide good coverage, reduce argon consumption. What I ended up with is good coverage at 25 to 30 CFH. ,I was hoping that the lens would reduce the CFH but not the case. I have to run 25 -35 CFH in order to get coverage that actually covers. I was hoping to drop down to 15 to 20 CFH with the lens. I've tried different cup sizes hoping to reduce the CFH but doesn't appear to matter. I've tried 5 - 8 and the weld quality is about the same. the other piece to this puzzle my torch gets so hot I can't hold it at 75amps doing 3 to 4 inch welds at a time on 3/32" plate. I contacted the vendor, they had me run some tests and everything checked out. It's a bit frustrating because it just takes a good sparkle show to get metal stuck to the screen on the lens and then (at least this is what I do) ending up tossing the lens out because of the contamination. Very frustrating!Truthly it's a 3 star, but I'm giving it 4 on the benefit of a doubt, the doubt part being the operator.Quality?I don't have much to draw from, because this is the only stubby kit I've purchased. I will be switching to a CK torch and lens kit soon. So I will have something to compare it to.1. the lens does fit in my 17 flex style torch2. collet ? not sure if I ordered the wrong one, or if they shipped the wrong one.3. lens appears to work, though I'm not sure if the collet is blocking the argon flow. again, the one that came with the kit is for like a #26 style.4. instructions on how to use the pyrex cup for us neophytes.
