I know there is so many cdi boxes out there ranging between 15-150 bucks, and really knows the quality of the product ,its like you have to take a leap of faith, hoping you end up with a good one.

Bike feels great it revs with no hesitation and the look and feel is of great quality. I'm glad these canadians are giving us a good as or better than oem option for our motorbikes at a great price and quality you can buy with confidence from RMSTATOR. I received a sticker and keychain with my purchase too. And people please troubleshoot you're bikes properly . Dont ruin RMSTATORS great prices by ordering from them CDIs and stators only to send back cause you didn't troubleshoot correctly. I have ran their products in very hot temperatures in the socal desert on air cooled bikes and their products have not disappointed me yet. Oh and the CDI for an XR650L is shorter in size than oem so I used a 3/4" piece of rubber to fill in extra space in so it dont shake while riding. But I like that its smaller because eventually I'm going to delete my battery/cdi box and it being smaller will fit under seat alot easier.

Bike started right up looks to be good quality only time will tell... one thing I noticed during my final install is the cdi is smaller then the original and doesn’t fit in the Honda rubber case properly so I’m not sure how I will like that over time I hope they rm stator guys have a warranty

I put this on my 2006 XR650L and it fired up and ran great. I bought 2 of those 20 dollar CDI's from here on Amazon and they would start the bike and it barely ran. Had a lot of misses etc. Don't waste your time on those 20 dollar CDI's. Sounds too good to be true because IT IS! This CDI works perfect so far. I just put it on because I wanted to put a stator on to make sure it wasn't part of the problem, but I ran out of money so I just took the risk and put this on with no stator replacement. I think I have a gas flow problem because it runs fine until it seems to run out of gas. I'll update this post after I get more info on the details. In particular I get tired of these people who give something a 1 Star rating generally because they're over-emotional and want to take it out on someone. RM Stator seems like a deep rooted and solid company. This CDI works perfectly and why someone would give it a 1 star rating is beyond me. I'll get my bike to the shop and figure out this fuel flow problem then I'll update and hopefully won't have any CDI problems. Personally I don't believe I will. My engine runs perfect. I can rev it up and sure enough, when I do that, it doesn't run as long because it's using up the gas in the carb blow more quickly. Then after I give it time to fill the bowl up again, it runs fine until the bowl is empty again. Could be as simple as the fuel strainer I have on the gas line. I really wanted to just put a good review here because that other reviewer is at least part of the problem with the issues he is having. I'll update and make this review more solid. I'm just really excited to hear my bike run again. Idles' perfectly as well.Update: Fuel problem solved 5/27/2020. This CDI is working great. I have no complaints as long as it keeps doin' what it's doin' :)

Beware, avoid this seller and product. When the product came not working I had to revert back to the old CDI. The customer service is very bad, they want to you to jump through to many hoops hoping you will just give up.
