Product was compatible with my Shimano cleats as described. Easy to install and arrived at the date specified. Allowed me to make the adjustments needed to offset a leg length discrepancy in setting up my saddle height.

screw heads were convex, not flat . . . didn't fit shoes/clips . . . had to manually grind down each screw head.

Works for leg length discrepancy. Having three is a plus when adjusting your bike setup. Noticed an improvement in hip and shoulder pain associated with shorter leg length. Easy to install, 3 in pack with longer screws provided. Did not interfere with clip engagement.
