The cleats are pretty much what you would expect. They are made of nice, hard plastic. They fit into my clips just fine, and they were easy to put on! I have not had any issues with them sliding around. I have mostly been using them with my Peloton.

I was having tremendous problems dismounting in emergencies. These are perfect. I don't need to be locked in. I just want to be in position all the time. I don't know why they sell the standard six degree ones.
