This is a very nicely built cable.I think the length is from tip to tip, other cables seem to measure from connector to connector, so the effective length is more like 14-15 inches, which could be a big difference for your application. Even so it was enough for my application (as an aux for my car) so I'm pretty happy with it.

Orders the cable to run between my battery and my disconnect switch that I installed in my fifth wheel. Works fine for that purpose.
