Only needed this kit for 2 pieces of pipe and the size I needed didn't even do one. It stripped out before it did anything. Got a return label from Amazon and dropped it off in a UPS drop box and now it is missing so not only do I not get a refund, I also have no tool. Huge waste of money.

It is possible for the nut which rest on the tapered cone to spin. Nut recess is too shallow and poses a challenge to remove when this happens. My unit got stuck, expanded. Used a hand rachet while tapping the exposed cone surface to remove.Use with care.

The materials are not hard enough. First time I used it the thread of the bolts was Streep away. Poor quality.

Horrible product. Tried using one and the thread stripped immediately. And 2 of the heavy metal expanders just snapped under next to no load. Very poorly made, do not recommend
