  • Bigger is Better - Roadmaster anti-sway bars are thicker than OEM and replacement bars. Every 1/8" increase in diameter results in over 30 percent sway improvement. On average Roadmaster Anti-Sway Bars provide over 90 percent more resistance to sway
  • A High-Grade Alloy - Made from 4140 Chromoly steel (a chrome and molybdenum alloy) which is considerably stronger and more durable than standard spring steel used by most others
  • A Better Pivot Point - Polyurethane bushings are impervious to gas, oil and ozone corrosion, more resistant to abrasion, and doesn't buckle under heavier load weights. OEM and most after market bars use rubber which simply doesn't last
  • Stop Sway - Better handling, less fatigue, higher performance
  • Stops Windbuffet - Increased confidence, less fatigue

Both stock and custom anti-sway bars are designed as a link between the suspension and the frame, and both use the weight of the axle as a brace against the chassis, so that pressure to one side of the motorhome (by weight shift, wind, or passing trucks) is countered by the bar. An RSS anti-sway bar, however, is built to offer significantly more resistance to sway. RSS anti-sway bars have a thicker diameter than stock bars - often, a quarter to three-eighths of an inch more. Each incremental increase in diameter has an exponential effect on performance - on average, torsional roll stiffness is increased by 30 percent with every eighth-of-an-inch increase in diameter. In plain English, RSS anti-sway bars offer up to 90 percent more resistance to sway. A remarkable improvement in stability and cornering control is just a few bolts away. Anti-sway bars from Roadmaster Suspension Solutions deliver a "Wow!" difference in control you'll notice the first time you turn the wheel.

Although most posts that I read and advice obtained in online forums recommended a Helwig product, I couldn't justify the additional $500 expense. The Roadmaster only took a few hours to install on my Winnebago Vista with no drilling required. There were no special tools required. After a 5000 mile trip to the West coast, I can report significant improvement when being passed by semi trucks or lane departures from gusty winds. This was our third trip to Oregon but first trip with the anti-sway bar installed. Much safer trip with reduced fatigue. I have no idea why the manufacturer would not design a similar product on their original build.

Web site claims it will fit my motorhome but it does not. Cost me over $ 160.00 to return.

Arrived as ordered.. Had a company install. Was worth it for $350.00 install fee. Taking our first road trip to try it out next week with our tow vehicle. That will be the real test

A definite necessity for class A motorhomes. I wasn't really sure it was going to work as advertised but indeed it does. Should be standard equipment on all light class A. I have a 2018 Winnebago Intent 30 and it has made a big difference in stability. Install is not complicated but unless you have a heavy duty impact drill, you will have one heck of a time getting the bolts off the frame. Bottom line, if you're getting blown around on the interstate, get it. Also highly recommend the safe t plus steering stabilizer, both worth every penny.

The sway bar was relatively easy to install. It is definitely a 2 person job requiring the proper tools. After the installation took the RV for a short test drive and was pleasantly surprised by the improvement.

This along with the front sway bar and a Roadmaster steering stabilizer has changed my Winnebago Intent 26M on a Ford F53 chassis from a rolling and wandering beast to a smooth and tame driver. According to my installer it was an easy install. Well worth the money!
