This ROBERTS 12 in. Vinyl Tile Cutter features built-in casters and rubber feet for maneuverability and stability. The cutter has a clearly marked measuring guide and 45-degree miter guide to help simplify the cutting of 12 in. tiles or 9 in. tile. Roberts vinyl tile cutters are designed to cut Solid Vinyl Tile, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), and Cork Tile, up to 1/8 in. thick. Carrying case included.

I bought this to install solid vinyl flooring. First few jobs it worked great. Pretty annoying that you have to take the adjustment knobs off to store it in thr case tho.After a few months the little "wheels" rusted up and won't move. I've always stored in inside and they are the only part that rusted on it.If that wasnt annoying enouph now it's cracking the pieces of solid vinyl when it cuts. You would think for how much you pay it would hold up better. If this was around $75 I wouldn't be too mad but paying $250 for this piece of junk is crazy.Not sure if the blade is getting dull but I've done less than 10 jobs with it. About 50% of the cuts it will crack the plank. I'd stay away.

really good I have an old one I bought from an old worker and they are so heavy but this new one is nice and light and it cuts great. only complain is that it was dirty it had saw dust all over it which I don't understand since it's new but other wise it's a good product.
