I have a pool that gets a lot of debris in it. It sits under several trees in the backyard and captures all kinds of things. Most of them I skim off the top with a net, but some of it sinks to the bottom.That is where this pool vacuum shines. I got it out of the box and had it running in the pool in no time. It navigates the bottom of the pool quite nicely and had pretty much picked up all of the debris that had sunk within 30 minutes or so.We don't have a very large pool, but still, its nice to have something that will get the junk off of the bottom. Otherwise, it will be me walking the pool and kicking things up off the bottom with my feet so I can capture it in the net. I want to be done with that.The only thing I wish this vacuum would also do, it clean the middle and the top of the pool. It only captures things off the bottom, but since it saves me from having to do it, I am okay with that.

We just got a pool and loved the idea of a automatic vacuum for our pool. This one was recommended for flat pools, but it also works great for the deep end or for the Jacuzzi to assist your other pool cleaners.It's pretty powerful at removing debris and has a 60-minute battery life.What's also cool is that when it runs low, it directs itself to the wall and auto parks so that you can pull it up to charge.It doesn't do everything but is a great assistant to keep your pool cleaner.

This little cleaner can really go! It really moves fast and wastes no time getting the job done. It picks up leaves dirt and debris easily. Don't think because this doesn't cost hundreds that it's cheap and ineffective because it's not. It'll take care of your pool cleaning needs. Drop it in and let it go. The only negative thing I noticed is that because is moves so fast that it kicks up the dirt in the water. It's not a huge issue but it's noticeable. It runs for a good hour or more before needing to recharge.

The cleaning effect is very good, the suction power is strong, and it can clean sand, silt, and sediments stuck to the bottom of the pool. The quality is very good, the style is good, and it is particularly practical. The noise is low, the cleaning is very clean, the operation is simple, and the waterproof effect is quite good. Charging is also fast. I now use it every day to clean my pool. This saves a lot of effort

This Winny Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner is perfect for smaller, flat-bottomed, above-ground swimming pools. Especially the portable kind you put up and take down at the end of each swimming season. It is made well for being in the sub-$ $150 category. It is easy to charge and use.As far as effectiveness is concerned, it picks up 75 -90% of the debris on the pool floor. There are two reasons for this; first, it operates on a random pattern, so it will naturally miss some spots. And second, the filter will not hold fine dust or algae. It’s just not designed to do that. Pool vacuums with finer filtration need more powerful motors to overcome the increased resistance of the super-fine filters. And that also means more powerful batteries, which will drive up the cost.This is for the pool owner who doesn’t mind additional touch-ups with a pool stick vacuum or some other pole-mounted or handheld vacuum. As far as larger debris is concerned, it will suck up most leaves, but large leaves, like Sycamore, pose a problem because they can clog the suction port. It’s best to use your leaf skimmer net to scoop up large leaves or if there are more leaves than can fit into the vacuum.The vacuum is easy to clean; just open it up and hose it out. It’s always best to charge the robotic vacuum right after removing it from the pool. As with most robotic pool vacuums, when the battery charge is nearly depleted, it will park along the pool wall. The vacuum will always run until the charge is almost depleted. So naturally, the larger the pool, the less efficient the cleaning will be.Conclusion: If you’re looking for a pool vacuum that will clean perfectly, you’ll have to hire a pool service instead, and then it’s not guaranteed. As mentioned, this is a budget cordless robotic pool vacuum. I respectfully disagree with the suggested “less than 500 sq. ft.” mentioned in the description. This vacuum will best perform in a pool less than 250 sq. ft. (for example, an 18 ft round pool). This item met my expectations, which qualifies it as a four-star item. For less than $150, this pool vacuum is what I have come to expect. I have extensive experience with this type of pool maintenance equipment and have used well over two dozen pool vacuums ranging in price from $80 to over $2000. So, four stars it is.
