After several years of using cable actuated dropper posts, I developed trigger thumb on my left hand. I eventually tired of taking Aleve and finally saw my PCP. He immediately diagnosed me with trigger thumb and said he's seen many mountain bikers who developed this issue. In fact, he was surprised my right thumb wasn't affected. Unfortunately for me, my PCP recommended staying off the bike for 6 months!Before the pandemic (ha!) i thought of buying this dropper post. But with everything shutdown, mountain biking was my only stress reliever. Like everything else in the supply chain, prices went up. But I bit the bullet and purchased two (2) of these droppers for my bikes. Needless to say the trigger thumb issues decreased.Last year I purchased an e-mtb and wanted to replaced the OEM dropper. I've been watching the price of these in the hopes they prices would go down. When I saw the diameter size and travel size for my e-mtb was available, I immediately made my purchase. I was stoked when it arrived and couldn't wait to replace my OEM dropper. Unfortunately, I discovered the handlebar controller isn't included.In my haste, I didn't read the seller's verbiage stating it wasn't included. Dang! But I can't fault the vendor, as they did state the controller wasn't included. I just wished they had mentioned that in bolder font!
