warning

WARNING: READ BEFORE PURCHASE/INSTALLATION

  • IMPROPER INSTALLATION, INCOMPATIBILITY, OR FAILURE TO RE-TORQUE HARDWARE CAN CAUSE LOSS OF WHEEL AND RESULT IN SERIOUS ACCIDENT, INJURY OR DEATH
  • Do not install if factory wheel studs and/or lug nuts make contact with the back of your wheels. This will prevent your wheels from being properly secured to the vehicle, which could result in the wheel/tire falling off the vehicle while driving.
  • Bolt Pattern: Vehicle must have 4x137 bolt pattern. Some machines have different front/rear bolt patterns.
  • Stud Length: If your vehicle's wheel studs are longer than 1.5", the back of your wheels needs pockets to accommodate the stud/lug nuts.
  • Check and re-torque all nuts within 10-20 miles of installation.
  • Tools: A torque wrench is required for installation. Never use air tools or impact wrenches.
  • Fitment: Use the application list above. If your vehicle does not appear on the list, please see the 'Questions and Answers' section below.

These are good looking spacers and seem to be well made. They fit on the Can Am lugs just fine but the studs on the spacers are spaced apart just enough over specification that the wheel will not fit on them. You would need to ream out the holes in the wheels slightly and I am not willing to do that.

The quality seems good, none of the studs broke off like I seen people say about some of the other ones on here and I torqued them to like 70ft/lbs, like some people have said the studs are a tiny bit off like they are 137.5mm instead of 137, made it a little hard to get the wheels on but a few solid kicks they popped on, they should go on better next time lol.

I bought this 2" spacer set to aid in stability on my 2019 Can Am Commander 1000XT. The machine work on these spacers was exquisite. The fitment was perfect. Absolutely no modifications needed. My machine has a more aggressive stance and stability has been increased with the addition of these spacers. We are planning a trip to the mountains next year and I intend on making my machine as safe as possible. These spacers will help with a lower center of gravity without sacrificing ground clearence. I included a picure of my Commander after the spacer install. My shocks are turned up and there are no other suspension modifications. I do like the wider stance.

Fitment was good. Only bad thing is the lug wrench would not fit in the hole's. Had to use a socket / ratchet set to install. Used the blue loctite to ensure secure.

Well made product but can be a little tricky to install. Make sure to use blue loctite and have a thin wall socket to mount spacer to hub. Also a rubber mallet will help greatly to get wheel mounted to spacer. I torqued both the spacer and wheel to 70 foot pounds. Some have claimed spacers cause some front end pushing at slow speeds and a slightly wider turning radius but that wasn't the case for my particular application. Installed on a 2019 Can-Am 570 Outlander Max Dps and it has improved handling in just about every aspect. Time will tell with durability.

Put on my 2019 Can-am Commander. Bolted right up, no issues. Took about twenty minutes to do all four wheels. Looks fantastic and gives it a much more aggressive look and feel. Took it on a 25 mile very off camber trail and like the extra feel of being planted.
