The RMST series of marine speakers by Rockville is our step up series that offers a 1" titanium tweeter as well as more power handling! This 6x9 model can handle They have a larger magnet and can handle 125 watts RMS & 500 watts peak each speaker! If you are using an external amplifier we recommend this series because they can handle a lot of power!
Rockville engineers care about quality and sound more than anything else. The RMST69 was designed in a molded ABS plastic basket. The polypropylene cone is reliable and sounds great. This material is used on most of the top speakers on the market. We use rubber surrounds on these to eliminate unwanted distortion. In addition rubber is a very waterproof material. The 1" titanium tweeter puts out incredible sounding highs. The low end bass and mids of these speakers really makes them stand out. The RMST69 6x9" marine speakers were engineered to deliver amazing power and sound quality in the outdoors; be it saltwater, freshwater or any other harsh environments. These speakers can withstand tons of abuse and can handle 300 watts peak and 125 watts RMS each. These Rockville speakers comply with the CEA 2031 Loud Speaker Standard. This same rating standard is used by the highest end marine brands in the industry. CEA compliant means you can rest assured that the ratings are 100% legitimate. (We compared these against other brands and although some of these other brands stated higher wattage, the Rockville RMST69 speakers were able to handle more than double the power!)

Do Not purchase 1 has already failed the connection where I hook my speaker leads to is bad where it goes in underneath their. If you shake that wire leading inside the speaker it will cut in an out spend a bit more buy something else

Amazing quality Speaker for what I paid. I was very sceptic at first. They worked great, until I tested the ratings and hadn't properly adjusted the ROCKVILLE dB55 4000 watt amp and fried them. My Boat was totally "ROCKIN" till then lol I contacted the seller AUDIOSAVINGS and SAI a Service Rep provided me with perhaps the best customer service I have ever experienced. I thought for sure they would deny my claim, yet offered to split the cost of 4 new speakers hassle free including shipping and just throw the old ones out. To top it off, SAI will be sending me some guidelines to adjust my AMP so I don't do this again. I plan to use AUDIOSAVINGS in the future for all my next purchases. They have it all and FREE customer support, service and technical advice. Trust this speaker and the seller. ROCKVILLE ROCKS !!!!!

Like very much. Good bass. Loud. Good sounds. Would buy it again!! Hooked up to a Sony 4 way amp, Sony Head unit, amp is about 80 watts nominal power, so far so good. Going to put a set in my truck!

Wow, I'm surprised how this speakers perform. I was a bit worried because they are cheap and usually cheap stuff is crap but man, this ones are like any expensive brand for a portion of the price. I put 6 of them with the 2600 amplifier and my old 16' boat feels like is going to break apart for how much kick and loud. Oh, and I have only 3/4 of the pre-amp.

Do yourself a favor and buy these speakers. I just replaced Alpine speakers in my boat with these Rockville.... They sound amazing backed by an amplifier. I was nervous about buying these non name brand speakers but that was all for nothing... Would buy again!
