“A” ¾” MDF wood. This is a hatchback enclosure made to maximize air space with
its slanted design. This enclosure is made with precision cutting machinery by
industry experts that have been making these enclosures in the USA for over 20
years. All Rockville enclosures come with a customized enhanced glue that is
unmatched by any other manufacturer. That means that the carpet will stay in
place and not rip or tear. The ¾” USA MDF is much stronger then any type of
import wood. This will keep your box performing at an optimal level by not
flexing and distorting your woofers. Your woofers will thank you! EVERY
Rockville enclosure is not only glued at all joints but stapled as well. If that
wasn’t enough we add a layer of silicon to every seam! This makes your Rockville
enclosure rock even more!

The main reason for buying this is that it's the smallest box a 12" speaker can go in. It's very well made and I love it. Recommended and would buy again.

well built, terminals are a bit aggravating but you dont have to worry about it coming unplugged so its worth the aggravation , had to notch out speaker hole a bit so my sub would mount in the box i give this box a Thumbs up and would recommend

Solid box, but worth mentioning that the 3/4in MDF they specify is only on the front surface. The rest of the sides are a bit thinner, most likely 5/8in MDF. I also went ahead and sealed the inside seams with new caulk, because there were a couple of spots that weren't the best , and the entire inside edge along the front face wasn't sealed (this isn't something you'd see unless you stick your head inside the box to check, like I did). But after doing that, box is working as a box should. Mine arrived with one corner a bit smashed in, because the packaging wasn't very protective. But I didn't feel like returning it for that.

Great box fills solid but the box was missing inside wires and connectors for the speaker I had to go buy tab connectors and soldered to finish the job
