Per my husband: the sheetrock anchors are not good quality. Also, it’s very difficult to fully screw in the brackets just due to design…it gets in its own way and it’s hard to get to. Overall, it does the trick!

Nice looking curtain rods. Exactly what I was looking for. However, I ordered 4 and am missing pieces for two of them. I am missing the two white finials exactly like the picture that fit into the larger end of the rods. Without these I can’t screw the ball into the end of the rod. Wish I could give 0 stars. And wish I paid attention to other reviews. No way to contact the seller to get the missing pieces. Will never buy from this seller again.

This is one of three I purchased. Missing honeycomb shaped "finial insert" in larger side of the rod so I cannot screw in and attach the finial on that side. I'm trying to figure out how to contact the manufacturer to get that piece because I didn't notice until the whole thing was screwed in so I'd rather not take it down to return/exchange it for another at this point.

Great rod, looks nice. All the piece would included and the instructions adequate. Rod plenty strong enough to hold block out curtain.

Not overly impressed. cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Missing an end piece for the finial to screw into and the little plastic piece that goes inside the rod so they two will tighten and not slip out. Wish I knew how to request those pieces.
