Have been using rolatape since 1991. First 2 was good. My last 2 was bad quality. Does not last, poor quality and poor reliability. What the heck is going on ?

They have the sh@#$y cam locks that break immediately when you use these anywhere but a padded room with a dainty touch. The photo and the description are lies, and Bosch has RUINED Rolatape. Hear it from me. I tried to buy parts to fix my old twist lock one, b/c the last 'new' one I bought with the cam locks broke immediately...Bosch wanted something like $50 for a new handle. These are poorly designed, and you'll get no help from a major tool manufacturer if you buy it. This concludes my rant.
