Does a good job. A bit tight, but I get that.

You seem to be good quality. The padding was way too thick for what I needed them for. I ended up having to return them. I am sure they are perfect for different circumstances. The quality seem to be nice and they fit quite comfortably.

These do a good job of protecting my elbow. It provides just the right amount of cushion to keep me comfortable. I would recommend these.

I needed a compression sleeve that also had a pad that cradled my elbow due to fluid build up from bursitis. This sleeve was exactly what I needed. It’s comfortable, the size is perfect and the gel pad forms around my elbow for protection. It is equally as good as the sleeve my MD provided for me (I need to wear all day and night for at least a month and needed more than one).Fast ship and item is as described.

I had ordered the M/L size, which was way too small for my non-muscular arm. I returned it and got the XL size. It's still too tight. It seems that the sizing must refer to the length of the sleeve and not the diameter. It works very well to pad the cubital tunnel/ulnar nerve area but I can't wear it for extended periods because it's too tight.I hope it loses some elasticity over time so that it's more comfortable.

Don't blame China. Performance Health is responsible for Quality Control, otherwise the manufacturer will make it for the lowest, cheapest cost -- here's the example. The three year old pad is on left, post elbow surgery. Square pad. Even sock. The first thing I noticed was the new silicone (?) chemical smell from the pad in the sleeve.I smelled it and it "burned" my throat like a chemical would, to be honest. 30 minutes ago, still feel the burn but it is decreasing. It really is strong and if it doesn't dissipate in 1-2 weeks I'll return them or throw the sleeves out.Right now I have them laying out open, hoping the chemical smell reeks out. Refund not allowed but exchange is, we'll see.The size of the sleeves are way off, even from each other, don't match, even the silicon isn't cut square. The old one is square and of course, it did NOT smell when new.I've used the pad for three years, two surgeries, something changed since the last time I bought one.Obviously I'd pay more for something made in USA and then the company could increased quality control, right now the overall grade is F because of smell, C for construction, but there is no alternative choice.I can live with the odd shape but not the smell.Anybody have a better choice for elbow pad?

I like the design, though the cuffs are very tight around my very thin arms. These are not going to fit a male's arm easily. They may bind and be too tight, so be aware. I ordered the M/L. They do stay in place well. They do help with my ulnar nerve pain, and I wear them mostly in bed. They are easy to wash, and tend to make my arm pretty warm when I have them on. I am highly reactive to everything, and have had some itching issues with the fabric. Not likely to be an issue for others. The padding is gentle and non-irritating to my elbow (vs. gel pads that hurt it). I have washed them once already. Still think they are good for the issue I have and would recommend them for use- just be aware of the size issue, and that they are pretty cozy and warm, and not that lightweight.
