The wood base is separate from the wired portion of the lantern. I really like the color of the wood. Fits rustic decor.

I really like these holders. They look great but I’m concerned about keeping on my porch since the material doesn’t look like will survive it. Otherwise they’re as advertised and look sharp

Those are beautiful candle holders. They took a bit to arrive, but didn’t disappoint.I purchased two different sizes of flamesless candles that come on each night at the same time. I’ll definitely purchase another set for our cabin once finished building.

These candle holders really compliment my plant arrangement in my bay window. Mostly because they have a charming farmhouse appeal with their lantern-shaped metal cage frame and warm rustic wood base. There are 2 candle holders in a set – one is about 11 inches tall and 7 inches wide, the other is about 8 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide. Each holder has a 4.3 inch long handle to add to its rustic style. The holders are good sizes to fit candles, fairy lights, and faux plant arrangements. The cage and base are not attached so you can just lift up the cage portion, place a candle on the base, and put the cage back in place. The bases are sturdy, so even though the base & cage are not attached, the holders still sit securely. Very happy with these lovely elegant candle holders and would recommend.
