I loved this car seat initially. However, about a year into use, the plastic buckle that holds the strap around the middle of the seat broke. I continued using it until the right side of the seat caved in and became uncomfortable for my dog. She is less than 11#, and very calm. The seat was not abused in any way. Just know if you purchase this item, it is not likely to last as long as you'd expect. I did attempt to contact the manufacturer by mail, but the letter was returned to sender unopened.

This is such a great booster seat! We had another one before this, but this one is much better - the size is perfect and my little guy can lie down in it. The quality is also great!

This is actually very sturdy! I was worried it wouldn't be. And it holds my 10lb dog who is a bit on the longer side but I think he'll feel more secure as he gets travel anxiety. Love the pockets to store his meds and that I am still able to place my items in the passenger seat below him. AND that it has a hook built in to hook his harness. Also love the mesh so the ac can circulate through it for him.Normally when I travel with him he sits in a dog bed and I hook his leash to the headrest but he ends up getting tangled. Wish I had this on my last trip!The only downside is the pad in the bottom doesn't provide any cushion but I'm not mad about it as I'll probably line in with a few towels in case he makes a mess anyway.

This is a great little car booster seat for small dogs! Very easy to put together and put in your car. My puppy would rather have me hold her- that's where the kind of comes in buy I know she's a lot safer in her seat buckled in. This is very sturdy and seems well made for the price. It's very cute. I'd definitely buy another one! Sorry the pictures are mostly of Delilah and not so much of the seat itself.

We just bought a 2020 Promaster 2500 high roof to convert. I went from a Jetta to this big, beautiful beast. I needed a safe and comfy place for my baby girl while we drove. I measured the space between the front seats and there was a little lip there. 16 1/2 inches. I saw this was 16 1/2 inches wide and said hmmmmm...... Well, when I say perfect, I mean PERFECT. It fits perfectly snug in between and rests on the little lip on the side of each seat. It's not budging, unless I want it to. I also took the strap that is supposed to go around the seat and ran it down through the seat frame and snapped it to the same thing on the other side. PERFECT! It's not going anywhere. It seems to be a great size for my 15 pound Havanese. She doesn't mind it and she's strapped in by her harness. I was concerned about the bottom bending and buckling, with her weight, but it is very sturdy. I'm sure it'll give in eventually, but that'll be a while. Great job on this item, y'all. Thanks!

This is really surprisingly sturdy. It has a very soft fur lining and can adjust it so my tiny puppy can see out. It’s nice and deep and has metal supports that make it very stable. The only drawback is my seats are deep with curved sides so its a bit wide for it. But it’s so nice I didn’t want to return it. It doesn’t make that much difference. I appreciate the strap with the clasp to attach to his harness so he has to stay in it. Remember to turn off your passenger air bag just in case.

We are moving 1800 miles away tomorrow morning. I ordered this at the last minute because the thought of holding my 6 pound Shima, Arya, made me nauseated. It's a three day drive, y'all. That's a LOT of love, from anything! Anyhow, much to my husband's dismay (and I had to listen to him yip about it for FIVE DAYS before I got it... but I ordered it on a Friday) I ordered this. I got it while he was at work and installed it immediately. It's super easy to put together. It's incredibly sturdy and very very soft. I was delighted to prove my husband wrong and show up to pick him up, and there she was, snug as a bug in a rug. If you're teetering on the decision because of price? Is riding across the country with your feet on the dash or out the window heaven? Then spend the money, honey! It's SO worth every dime! (And honestly, I would have paid more 🤷♀️)
