  • Ergonomically designed thumbs make it easier to grip garden tools. Great for people with arthritis

Rose gardening can be relaxing and fun. However, without adequate protection, you will be left with scratches all over your arms. Besides being painful, cuts from rose spines are quite dangerous. Sporotrichosis (rose gardener's disease) can be a more serious consequence of getting scratched by rose spines. This is especially true in people with thin, delicate skin.

Exemplary Garden Rose Pruning Gloves are made out of premium quality goatskin leather. The gauntlet portion is made out of cowhide suede and reaches until the elbows. Hence, these gardening gloves offer full hand and arm protection keeping you safe whilst pruning your roses.

These are the first gloves.I have ever purchased that actually protect me from rose and blackberry thorns. I purposely went into a thicket of wild black berry and cut some of the Vine. And didn't feel one single thing. Also, I have rose bushes with wicked thorns and did not get stuck even once. The goatskin leather is thick and yet soft and flexible to move in. The gauntlets are made with swayed, which also protects. It is heavy duty and these gloves.Go up to your elbow. I ordered a medium but I could have ordered a small so be advised that they do run big. But this way my son and I can both use them as his hands are larger than mine. This is a high quality product and I highly recommend it, It's worth every penny

These are well made gloves of good quality leather. They are comfortable to wear and fit well. The long cuff will protect from poison ivy and thorns. I'm very pleased!

I really hesitated to purchase these. I have a different pair that I love and have worn out. I looked for the same and could not find them. After looking again and again, I decided to buy these. If I didn't like them I would send them back. Very pleased. Seem strudy yet soft to put on. My hands and arms are protected when I do my large lilac bushes and other trimming. I would not hesitate on buying this same brand again. Glad I settled on these. They are worth every penny and I saved my body. Thank you.

Ottimo prodotto.

These are the only rose pruning type gloves I've ever had, so I have no experience with other brands. But I'm very happy with these. The leather and the stitching seem to be good quality, and I like the way they feel.I have very large hands, and usually XL is on the small side. These XL gloves fit very comfortably. I used them to trim dead branches from some palm trees that are very prickly with sharp pointy leaves that resemble needles. They are very protective, yet at the same time the fingers are thin and supple enough to give me good dexterity while using clippers. The leather extending up my forearms is thick cowhide.I saw some similar type "Stihl" brand rose bush gloves for a similar price at a local Ace Hardware store, but the forearm protection is a canvas type cloth, not leather. They got style points for the name, but I suspect these are better quality.I would definitely buy these gloves again, and would recommend to anyone wanting top quality gloves for gardening.

Presidents day has come and gone. That had been the traditional day to prune your rose bushes, at least here in the Northeast United States. I was ready to go out and to the deed, but discovered my older gardening gloves just would not work, I just kept getting stuck with the thorns. I purchased these gloves and actually used them yesterday. We have been annoyed with several annoying snow storms for the past several weeks and Friday was a clear but cool day and most of the snow was gone. The gloves fit well, but the gauntlets did not fit over my coat, I had to change the coat for a lighter one which once I got working was ok. The fit was a little tight, but did work, and the gloves do stretch a bit. The quality is excellent, if I could make any changes it would be to enlarge the gauntlet so they would fit over larger sleeves. Great product, and I could easily handle the rose bush canes without being stuck!

I'll start by saying that I was very skeptical on the effectiveness of these gloves. When they first arrived and I felt them, they were so soft and thin, like a fantastic pair of winter driving gloves. So I assumed that there was no chance these would hold up against thorns, but I decided to give them a try anyway. I'm so happy I did! I bought these to use while tearing out and pruning our out of control black raspberry and Kiowa blackberry bushes. If anyone grows the Kiowa blackberries, then you know how big those thorns can get.NOT ONE THORN punctured these gloves. I did over 2 hours straight of pulling and tearing and trimming of these bushes without one stab wound or poke. I'm officially a fan of this product! I will buy them over and over as needed, but honestly, they held up really well after the work I did. So you would probably only want to replace them every year or so, just because. My only tiny complaint is that the glove length hit me right in the bend of my elbow. And since the fabric there is stiff, it did cause a little bit of redness. But honestly I could care less since it's much better than the alternative of being covered in stab wounds.

Last but not least - sie sind zudem elegant!Klare Kaufempfehlung!

I bought these gloves to protect my hands and forearms while doing some tree clearing, and they've been great. I'm able to carry piles of twigs, branches, and small logs without getting all scratched up, and the cut and broken ends of the twigs don't puncture the gloves. I did pull some branches from a wicked thorny bush of some kind (thorns were about an inch long and hard to see under the leaves) and did not get a single scratch or puncture. The leather in the hand area is nice and soft, so they're very easy to work in, not restrictive at all. The tree work is heavier than the gloves' stated purpose of rose pruning, and they are showing signs of wear on the insides of the fingers and palm area after only a couple weekends of tree clearing, but they're still going strong and protecting me so I'm going with 5 stars.
