I purchased this puzzle a short time ago. When I got it out to put together it was cut so crooked it is missing two corners. I have purchased a couple of puzzles from this company before and found the quality to be good. Tried to contact the company twice via their web site. Got no response. I am disappointed in the quality of the product and the lack of customer service.

I started this puzzle and as I am trying to put it together, I find there are many duplicate pieces. I have ordered over 60 puzzles from Amazon and have never had this happen before. Makes it hard to put together with so many extra pieces and missing some of the right one. I would not purchase from RoseArt Puzzles again. This is very annoying.

We like 1000 piece puzzles for the size of the puzzle and the pieces and that they will provide a fair amount of challenge to complete. You know what I mean - you know that the piece goes there no matter which way you rotate it but it doesn't because there is another piece on the other side of the picture that when swapped fits exactly right. Or the one piece that doesn't go anywhere until it's the last one and you have to find and switch it for its mate to finish the puzzle.

Buy these for my mom who loves 1000 piece jigsaws. The price is good, she tries not to spend over $10 for one, the colors are vivid and she loves the scenes. She's a big Charles Wysocki puzzle fan and these are close to his style

This puzzel is a mess! There are 27 duplicate and 32 missing pieces.They refunded me, but I'd rather have a quality product.
