After having it for only 9 months the chain came loose from the pearl. There probably is no way to repair it. It was only a 16” necklace so it did not get caught on anything. A very big disappointment because I loved the look of it.

This peal station necklace arrived a little late, so I could not use them; however, the necklace was exquisite and of high quality. The service I received in executing the return was top notch. However, I was unaware that I could have asked for a prepaid return, and I initiated it myself--which cost me 1/4 of the price of the item. Therefore, I would advise anyone dealing with this seller to ask about that if you have to return something. I will, in the future, buy this item again.

I love this necklace but the only thing I would like to change is the closure. Because it is so tiny a flat closure would be easier to maneuver.

I'm pretty happy with this necklace. BUT the catch is too small for the weight of the pearls . So the catch is hard to operate so that the chain is closed and "on" the wearer's neck.. However, the quality of the pearls and the chain are as expected for the price of the necklace.
