It's work well but the screw don't mainten the wires on place

Good looking product, but poor assembly at factory. Who in their right mind builds a product that you have to disassemble to finish putting it together? The only thing I can figure is some manager wasn't happy with the production line output and decided to leave a key step out??? Beware! The base under the red on-off switch is loose and turns with the switch, making it difficult to see whether the switch is on or off. I recommend you throw away the screws that come with it, to secure the base, and sand it good around the assembly line and JBWeld it in place. I made the mistake of trying to take it apart and have yet to figure a way to reassemble it, plus a powerful spring got away from me and I have yet to find it. :-( I like the design and size of the contacts, but the body and cam followers are all plastic, and because the springs are super strong, I am not sure how well this thing will function over time.
