How To Replace The Blade
- 1. Hold your rotary cutter by the handle in your non-dominant hand with the blade cover in place so the blade is not active.
- 2. Unscrew the bolt and the small curved disk and set aside.
- 3. Turn the cutter back over and remove the button that says 45mm.
- 4. Remove the disk blade, set aside, and put a new one on.
- 5. Replace the 45mm button, putting the post through the new blade and cutter, and put your index finger back onto the button to hold it in place while you turn the cutter over one more time.

I ordered this for its purpose. Blade came isn’t sharp. Maybe mine just came dull but it didn’t work for its intended purpose. Be careful spending your money on this

I bought this to cut my gloves to make them fingerless(knuckle length) and they worked great! I now used them to make holes in my gloves! These gloves are for my Halloween costume. The blade is so sharp that when trying to get the safety lock on, I cut my finger open! So um...if you need to prick your finger, you can use this for that too!!! The safety lock on mine does not work like is described in description which is bad because, as you can tell, I'm reckless and a hot mess! Great multi-purpose tool!!!

I have been wanting one of these for my sewing projects for so long but wasn't sure if it was worth the investment... Finally took the plunge and am so glad I did. This cutter is very easy to use, has a nice safety pin to secure the blade in open or closed position, and when in closed position, the blade easily tucks out of reach so I don't have to worry about cutting myself accidentally, or harming anything else in my sewing box. I cut cotton and silk and it just slid through it like soft butter. It even cut through a denim hem. I couldn't believe how easy it was.
