The adjustment knob is cheaply made and has no indicators on what is a 1,2,3,4 or 5. How can I be consistent in my workouts?

This rotator machine is shredding my forearms, in a good way. The machine is built like an industrial piece of equipment, and is somewhat heavier than I expected. Not at all bad, and in fact I like that these elements make for an even better workout. The adjustments cover a fairly wide range - all the way from gentle and easily managed resistance to a setting which seems to almost lock the machine with insurmountable resistance. In the middle is a setting that feels easy for the first few seconds but quickly evolves into an intense and difficult to maintain movement - exactly what I was hoping for in a workout machine like this. The price is slightly high for a device that only focuses on forearms and perhaps arms/chest to some degree, but as I said it's built to last.

I got this not knowing exactly what it was. Just read it was good for shoulders and rotator cuff. Experienced many injuries to that area. It comes in one piece. Pretty heavy. Has weight to it no doubt but wasn’t hard for me to hold up. There is a little piece of paper that comes with it that has explanation of exercises. I wish there were more pictures or links to videos for proper operation. I did the punching exercise one. Wow I felt like I was getting a workout of the areas in my shoulders that bother me. The tension dial could be way better. It has numbers but it doesn’t really do much to tell you what level you are at. I can unscrew it all the way pass one the easiest setting and when I screw the knob how do I know when 1 ,2,3,4, or 5 levels begin or end. I like it but I think it could be better when it comes to instructions for first time users and also clear tension ranges.

I’m building a home gym for my aging husband. He had rotator cuff surgery in January and I’m 19 years younger. I gotta keep him going so he can keep up. He’s got all kinds of contraptions now to improve his muscles and joints. This isn’t too heavy that he can’t manage it and the turn knob to adjust resistance is brilliant. Quality product at a reasonable price point. Thanks Amazon

This rotator burn machine is an incredible addition to my home workout setup! At 12 pounds, it's challenging enough to really engage my arms and shoulders, and I felt the burn almost immediately. It's super sturdy and the rotating motion smoothly targets muscles I didn't even know I needed to train. I especially appreciate the comfortable grip handles, making workouts easier on my wrists. Overall, it's compact, effective, and perfect for anyone serious about building upper-body strength at home or in the gym.

I wanted to like this device from the start, though it has a few flaws that knock off a couple stars. The first reaction from this obscurely branded product is its heft. Other reviews mention that, and I was already thinking about whether there's any lead content or other hazards. The jury is out for now.The mechanical action, while not bad, could be far better. Namely, the tension knob is a simple screw that applies pressure to some "brake pads" along the rotators. The handles, while comfortable, don't really matter if you abrade the backs of your hands on the somewhat sharp edges on the inside circumference. Room for improvement there.Others also nailed the vague+ instructions, already ripped (probably more than your forearms) but there is a gem or two in there. My fave is the reference to your local dealer. Mm hmm. This is the essence of the device: great concept, less-than-optimal execution. Here's hoping others find ways to improve it, since it might be something that, with mods, could be a useful addition to your exercise gear arsenal.

I just received the Rotator Machine, and I'm really impressed with how effectively it targets not just the forearms but the entire arm and wrist. Weighing in at 12 pounds, it's a great addition to my home workout routine, and I love that I can easily use it while sitting and watching TV. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to strengthen their arms, as it’s user-friendly and delivers great results!
