These are a great product however they do need more velcro covering to secure to your arms

Like a few other of the reviews I bought this for a costume but wanted something to double as a costume and protection so when I saw these for under $50 I was very hesitant of buying them because I cannot find pictures anywhere. however I was pleasantly surprised with how well they were made and the level of protection they provided a small con the elbow strap is uncomfortable on just skin but that is an easy fix like a sweatshirt or hoodie I used a gambeson. overall can't beat the price and the modding capabilities are endless

I use these for Longsword sparring in class. Good coverage. Showed my instructor and he may buy some for the school.

Product was a little bulky and difficult to use. Primary use was to protect forearms while umpiring baseball.

Needed for a cosplay costume I am working on as it seems to look the part of the character's futuristic armour. However, it was hard to bend my elbow with the arm guards on which I think is very inconvenient especially if I am going to be wearing the costume all day long and need to go about doing things. As another reviewer had said, the straps on one of the guards is longer therefore making it fit too loose on one arm. It's to do with how they were packaged inside the carrying bag, with one wrapped around the other causing it to stretch out the elastic. I will be sewing it tighter to fix that problem.

you wont go wrong with these...so strong and tough and durable its unreal. Thay can take major hits from a baseball bat multiple times without breaking or cracking. extremely well made and comfortable to boot.

Compare these to the hatch riot forearms. Nearly identical except labels. I used them for SCA heavy combat under my surcoat and they worked flawlessly. Good elbow protection, excellent forearm protection, straps are solid and secure. Mobility was not a problem. I fought in them all day. I would highly recommend them.

Its a good hard plastic, but its to big. Im a 6' 2'', 160 pound guy and it dosnt fit at all. And it dosnt allow your arm to bend very well, if you plan to hold a rifle while using them, or even bend them very much, such as to throw a punch, forget it.

If forearm protection is what you're looking for, then this is for you. My package arrived ahead of schedule and was undamaged upon delivery. The product overall is very high quality, no issues at all other than being a little small for my arms (I'm 6'1" and athletic build), but other than that, extremely pleased with this product. On the real, this is the BEST bang for your buck.
