Says it will fit my 2020 Ram 1500 3.6 and had it installed today and it in fact doesn't fit correctly. Plus the muffler sounds like crap

I received this item box damaged. All pipes looked good. Upon further inspection and half way into installation I realized I was missing the exhaust flange bolts and the rear 90 degree pipe hangers. Reached out to rough country to try and get parts they said to reach out to Amazon. Amazon will only allow a return. I just want the missing parts. I don't know how Rough Countrys customer service can't just send me the missing parts.

I originally had a Flowmaster super 44 on my 2020 Ram 1500 with stock everything else. The flowmaster rusted through so I bought this kit and had it installed. This is mildly quieter outside but 10 times quieter inside. Losing the resonators I believe makes it quieter in the cab. Well worth the cost for this kit.

I have the crew cab. 5'7 bed had to cut 9" off the mid pipe. Installation can be done on the ground. Took me about 2 hours. If I had the removal tool prob would of been 1. If you don't have it wd40 and elbow grease will get them off. Also, the two provided exhaust support clamps for the rear had to be drilled out a little bigger to get them fitting over existing hanger with a hammer. Other than that it sounds pretty good.

Good buy for the money but the amount of clamps used is ridiculous. This system definitely could have used half as many. Quality is decent but time will tell. tips are a nice double wall construction and look great. Install was relatively easy 2hr removal and install with no lift. Sounds good not overly loud with a great deep throaty sound on acceleration quite while cruising.

So I was skeptical at first but no more! This rough country exhaust woke up my 2020 5.7 Hemi and made it sound amazing. This muffler isn't super aggressive sounding but will definitely make you smile every time you step on the go pedal. It comes with a full 3 inch tube construction and is pretty heavy duty. The box said 67 pounds when it arrived. I combined it with a high flow k and n filter and let me tell you it runs amazing now. The only thing I didn't like was the small bolts that are on the tips. My advice is to throw them away and put in 2 bigger bolts so you can tighten the tips well enough so they don't move at all. Other than that I love this cat back system.
