The durable 18mm chrome hardened piston rod and large-bodied cylinder dwarfs factory equipment, ensuring a more effective vibration damping each and every time you take to the trails.

This helped the bad ball joints not be so sloppy for sure, which will be replaced soon. Made in China, but who doesn't make things there anymore? I like Rough country, they have always stood behind their products with me and the customer service was great. It solved an issue for me.

I had several issues with the 6" lift that I installed on my 1995 K2500 Suburban due to design flaws in the lift kit, and I finally bit the bullet and ordered the correct (per listing) steering stabilizer, as I had previously been sent the wrong one for a zero to 3" lift (for customer satisfaction), which did not have the correct bracket. This kit claims it is for a 4" or 6" lift, but the bracket is only for the 4". Upon calling them, they don't even have the correct bracket available for a 6", so I must return this kit and find another from another company.

Installed this on a 1990 K1500 with the Rough Country 4-6 inch torsion bar lift kit. Fits nice, provided stability in bump steer conditions. Worth the investment, should reduce wear on idler arm and tie rod ends.
