Points to note when installing U-bolts:
①The friction surface of the components treated before installation should ensure that no debris such as oil, dirt, etc. is allowed to be stained during installation.
②The surface around the U-bolts bolt hole and the nut surface should be flat and free of burrs, otherwise it will affect the even force of the flat washers.
③Strictly check the deformation of the connected steel plates before installation. It is forbidden to hammer into the bolts to prevent damage to the bolt threads.
④During installation, the friction surface of the module should be kept dry and should not be operated in the rain

This was the closest to what I was looking for. Really liked it at first glance because of the dimension but was shocked after opening the bag. The nuts were missing am I was wondering if they maybe they are not included in the item. So I went back to my order list to check. Yep, they are included as seen in the pictures. This is lame. I am returning them back.
