This set is so much fun, great for anyone who loves painting, and obviously great for kids. The point is bright although more of it would be beneficial. I would have given 5 stars but 5 out of 10 of the stones were cracked and/or broken. These are more a plaster type, not stone so they're not the most durable. However the designs are so great, making this such a fun activity. it comes with paints and brushes so it's ready to use strait from the box. I wish the ones that were broken didn't brea, the designs are so cute and fun!

If your kids are anything like mine, one of their favorite activities is going to our local painting/plaster studio to paint animal figurines. With this kit, we’re able to bring the experience home. All but one of the plaster pieces arrived intact and the one that had some damage we were able to glue back together. Plaster is very brittle so I can see how they are easily damaged in shipping and the protective material could probably be a little more robust. But nonetheless, in my case almost everything was in perfect condition and we had a great time painting. This kit would be great for a play date, a small birthday party or just to do something fun at home with your kids. I plan to repurchase in the future.

2 came broken but I returned it and got another set. I used the paint that came with the kit and I also ordered a set of 25 acrylic paints so I had more color options. Super fun! Used it for my husband's 36th birthday with all our friends :)

I really love these. I am making a stepping stone path for my grand daughter. I was a little disheartened that two had been damaged in the shipping process. I'm going to glue them back together but they should really pack them a little better. They needed more bubble wrap to protect them.
